Preparing Your Proceedings Paper

ICMSMIR 2026 follows conference proceedings guidelines. Authors must submit camera-ready manuscripts. All submissions should be final, accurate and publication-ready.

  • Download Word/LaTeX Template
  • No page numbers, headers or footers
  • Do not modify template margins
  • Use standard paper size (8.5 × 11 inches)
  • Include author affiliations with country
  • Ensure figures and tables remain within margins
  • Use only original content
  • All pages must be portrait orientation
  • Embed fonts in final PDF
